Is there a Blue & White Company shop in Oxford?

We take our offer pop up shop to a selection of events where we introduce new lines and show a selection of our range. Pop up shops are a great opportunity for you to feel just how soft some of our items are, and see just how blue they are too!   At this time, we have no bricks and mortar shop.

How do I place an order online?

When you come across an item that you like, simply select the product colour and the quantity you wish to order and then click add to cart.  You can check the items in your cart by clicking on the icon in the top right hand corner.   When you are ready to complete your order, press proceed to checkout.

Do you offer international postage?

You are very welcome to get in touch about an order you would like despatched overseas by writing to hello@blueandwhitecompany.com

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

When you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email of acknowledgement.  Once your parcel has been despatched, a further email will follow to confirm your order is on its way.  If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk inboxes as sometimes messages can become lost in those inboxes!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. For online purchases, we currently only accept payment from cards registered to a UK address.

We accept all card payments at our pop up shops.

What are the delivery options?

We offer two delivery options with Royal Mail and you can select which one you prefer when you check out. Parcels that weigh more than 2kg will automatically be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you spend more than £200, you will automatically be given free delivery.

Do I need to open an account to place an order?

You are welcome to shop with us without opening an account.

What happens if I need to amend an order or return an item?

Once an order has been confirmed we are unfortunately unable to add or remove items, or change a delivery address. We hope that you love the items you have selected as much as we do when you receive them, but if you find you need to return something please refer to the Returns & Refunds page for more information.
