Where can we shop at the Blue & White Company?

Our products are available on this website, via Not on the High Street and we attend a selection of carefully chosen events.  Pop up shops are a great opportunity for you to feel just how soft some of our items are and how blue they are too!

How do I place an order online and/or make updates to orders?

When you come across an item that you like, simply select the product colour and the quantity you wish to order and then click add to cart.  You can check the items in your cart by clicking on the icon in the top right hand corner.   When you are ready to complete your order, press proceed to checkout.

Do you offer international delivery?

Yes we do!  More information can be found on our Delivery page here.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

When you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email of acknowledgement.  Once your parcel has been despatched, a further email will follow to confirm your order is on its way.  If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk inboxes as sometimes messages can become lost there.

Do I need to open an account to place an order?

You are welcome to shop with us without opening an account.

What happens if I need to return an item?

We hope you love your order on its arrival but if you find you need to return something please refer to the Returns & Refunds page for more information.
